So we all know that technology has become a major part of our daily lives. I think it is an advantage in the sense that it makes life a whole lot easier. However, it also encourages laziness. I'm not only talking about computers, I'm talking about all sorts of technological devices - microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, etc. I know it benefits us all but what did we do before all these came about? And what will we do if they just magically disappear? I stand on the part that it's an advantage but I think that we should still know how to go about our daily lives without using them just in case technology fails (likely to happen).
Is it and advantage or disadvantage? Let me hear from you...

Technology is getting better and better which is making us belizeans die faster and faster because the better the technology is the lazier the phat ass belizeans get...Now instead of cooking a good decent plate a hudut, or rice and beans gigantic, enormous and lazy belizeans want LEE CHEE..(The more FAT THE BETTA) all because a what its cheap, fast and affordable... Anywaz straying away from the topic technology is killing belizeans and remember NOT JUS BECAUSE U HAVE RIDE U USE IT TO GO TO UR NEIGHBOR NEX DOOR.. FOR HEAVEN SAKE TAKE A WAKE U FAT LAZY *&^% =_x (sory for the words but im tired and this topic is excellent this is my general opinion WHO BEX BEX) x_X
ReplyDeleteTechnology, its is deffinately an advantage. everyday something new is coming oout and it betters ur in all sorts of waays....i dnt see ntg wrong with the technologies, even tho it makes us lazier its better than hard work!!!
ReplyDeletetechnology... hmm. well all i can really say is that it makes us get as lazy as can be. trust me, i know from experience. i'm not really technologically inclined but once i got my hands accustomed to chatting n texting n there went my physiqu!! lol. but on a serious note... it has different sides. good caz it makes work easier but bad caz it decreases human interaction.

Technology is good but once we get hook we forget the hard copy.THE OLD WAY but in anyevent, if these thing should fail us we will have to call NEMO.Oops we will need technology again so many of us will die from failed tech syndrom!!!sad
ReplyDeleteOf course it is an advantage because it makes life easier especially for parents. When they come home from work, they need to rest and don't get much of that because of their children. So anything that could help them to accomplish a task faster is a benefit to them.
ReplyDeleteWithout technology life would not be the same and it's advancement is a plus for those who can get their hands on the latest innovations.
Technology definitely has it's advantages and benefits just because it can help us be more efficient and save us some time, but it just becomes a disadvantage when it fails us, and we're left not really knowing how to complete things without that technology or it could also cause more unemployment in certain jobs because ppl are being replaced by technology.
ReplyDeleteWell, when i mi born i dont know if they had those technology (dryer, microwave etc.) but from what i could remember good i was brought up using those stuff. I am very lazy. hehe...
ReplyDeleteBut yea it has a major advantage, but it makes us lazy n dependent on them. I am glad my mom thought me how to wash by hand and to pin out clothes and to heat food on the stove etc.
But i am still very dependent on technology to get tings done.

Yes i agree that technology has enhanced laziness but it is there for convenience....this is what life's about advancement...hehe..but it is crucial that you know ho to operate without them if need's be..:)
ReplyDeleteIts an advantage in the sense that it makes life easier but a disadvantage in the sense that people are becoming more lazy. I have a pretty good example Shants....I as your older sister learnt to cook rice the hard way on the stove where I had to use judgment on the amount of rice to water and so on do the rice would soak properly and not burn. You on the other hand learnt using a rice cooker. What if something should happen to our rice cooker? and me nor mom is around to cook? what will you eat? Ramen? LOL! I want to hear YOUR reply lol.
ReplyDeleteWell sis, you know how I roll... If di rice cooker spoil, I wa try use judgement and make it on the stove myself and if that nuh work out, I know fi mek mash potato, macaroni and spaghetti so I could always use an alternative LOL
